The 24th Virginia Infantry Regiment, Companies A-k, Inc. is a non-profit tax exempt corportation incorporated by the state of Virginia.

The 24th has four quarterly business meetings throughout the year.  Corperate officers are elected on a yearly basis and may serve no more that two consecutive years in the same office.  The Corperate officers are elected at the winter meeting and consist of a President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Quartermaster.  Field officers for the reenactment unit are also elected at the winter meeting and are chosen based on the current number of members in the unit.  There is no term limit for field officers.

Over the years, the 24th has participated in many public service activities.  Some of these include placing regimental history books in the local libraries; cleaning and maintaining a Confederate cemetery; putting on demonstrations for museums, schools, and other organizations; and raising money for the preservation of the battle flag of the 24th Virginia.

Corporate officers for 2010 are:  President - Mike Butler, Vice-President - Jack Jones, Secretary - Betty Butler, Treasurer - David Cooper, and Quartermaster - Charlie Giese.

Field officers for 2010 are:  Captain David Cooper and Sergeant Mike Butler
